American Microbrewers use cascade; these hops have a very high level of some of the essential oils. They have a distinct citrus/grapefruit aroma all of their own. Historically not widely used in the U.K., it is now being introduced into some English beers.
Cascade will grow to approx. 15-20 feet once mature. All orders will be dispatched as soon as the dormant root stock are available. This hop plant sells out by the summer. We will deliver this rhizome as a bare root hop plant, wrapped in damp moss to ensure it's ready to be planted upon arrival.
Please note, we send bare root hop plants overseas, but we do not offer a replacement or refund if the hop plant fails due to your growing conditions. Hop plants need cold conditions in the winter. Otherwise, they will not grow. Some hop varieties take longer than others to emerge. Please note we do not supply phytosanitary certificates. You must check your country's customs regulations before you order. There is no refund/replacement policy for overseas deliveries that are not delivered or fail.
