Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our webshop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please be aware that our hops and dried flowers are natural products. We try our best to put pictures online that are a true representation of a typical example of that product, however there will be natural variation in colour, shape and size, and colours especially do change over time even when stored carefully.
If we are unable to fulfil any or part of your order, we will get in touch by email.
Any special offers or deductions will be made after checkout and we will confirm the details by email before payment is made.
You may send your credit card information via our secure site, telephone (01227 830666 or 01227 830964) or snail mail using our downloaded order form. We do not recommend emailing credit card details over the Internet. We do not accept cheques or payment on delivery.
Both parties are within their rights to cancel any order before despatch.

Our online shop automatically calculates the delivery charges to many UK destinations. We choose the most cost effective way to send your order - smaller items are sent by Royal Mail but cannot be tracked. If you require a track and trace facility, please advise us as you place your order.
We use reputable courier & shipping companies to deliver our product and rely upon them to provide the sort of customer satisfaction we know our customers expect. However once the item leaves our premises, we are no longer in full control of delivery. Your comments on the delivery services we use are welcomed.
