For products that are damaged, missing or not as expected, we will usually ask you to send images of the products so that we can review and assess them in advance of contacting you. In these cases, please retain all packaging and take photos of the packaging and products so that we can see what has been delivered to you. 

If you have an item that is missing from your order; please make sure you double check all the wrappings and packaging materials, as usually items (especially smaller products) are concealed in the box or wrapped in the same materials for delivery.

Once you have checked, please retain ALL packaging before completing this form, as we may ask for images so that we can review and assess before contacting you.

We do not operate a free returns policy. We can arrange collection of your order for a fee. Please complete this form and provide details in the area below to arrange this.

Items returned unused will be refunded in full; less the actual cost of shipping these items; this applies to all orders including orders that have received ‘Free Shipping’ at checkout; in these instances £7 will be deducted from your refund. Returns should be received by us within 21 days of the dispatch date.

We supply a number of dried flower retailers, as well as department stores and interior design shops. Our Trade section sells flowers by the box only (usually 20 – 25 bunches per box with some exceptions).

The minimum order value in the trade section is £500 (ex VAT, £600 inc VAT) and not including shipping.

We have worked with a number of venues and events local to us in East Kent for many years and if you are planning to marry or hold an event in the area we will deliver and setup the flowers in your venue.
