Here’s the products we used for our latest Five Bunch Challenge. The focus this time round is making arrangements for your Christmas table. In a selection of seasonal, deep red blooms, and all of the items used to create the arrangements in case you fancy having a go at making these arrangements yourself!

Poppy Natural

A bunch of natural dried poppy seed heads grown and dried on our farm. Ideal for adding a structural aspect to your designs, they look wonderful on their own or as part of an arrangement. The seed heads can also be sprayed to fit a colour scheme.

Amaranthus Red

Amaranthus Red is a natural grass grown and dried on our farm and makes a great addition to floral arrangements.

Orange Slices (250g)

These dried Orange slices look fabulous in Autumn and Christmas arrangements and wreaths. Each bag will have a mix of slices of different sizes, shapes and possibly some broken slices. Approximately 250g of slices.

Helichrysum Orange

Helichrysum is also known as “strawflower”. This dried flower is used to add extra colour to dried floral arrangements. The flower looks lovely in a vase but may need to be wired.

Ruscus Bleached

Ruscus Bleached is a beautiful and contemporary dried leaf to use in your floral arrangements and would also look stunning displayed in a vase. Please note that some stems and leaves will have darker colouring – please see the images.

Birch Dried

The Halloween Twist Pumpkin Topper is part of our contemporary #FiveBunchChallenge collection, designed and made by our in-house florists. Check out our instagram @hopsandflowers for more inspiration!

Attached by a simple string, this design can work on more than a pumpkin – it would look beautiful as a place setting, corsage, or boutonniere. Please note, pumpkin is not included.

This design measures approximately 18cm long, 7cm wide and 7cm deep.

Halloween Twist – Large Pumpkin Topper (Five Bunch Challenge)

Attached to a candle pick (as pictured in the gallery), this design is best suited for a larger pumpkin – simply force the spike into the pumpkin skin. Please note, pumpkin is not included.

Our first reveal is this striking jug arrangement. As you can see, this design uses a generous amount of the bleached Lagurus to create shape and texture.

With the remaining stems from the first arrangement, our florist pulled together this beautiful hand tied bunch. Finished with a simple hessian wrap and a raffia bow, it would be an ideal gift for a loved one you haven’t been able to see in a while or a thank you for a neighbour who has done you a favour in these past few months.
So the question is, is there any more to come for this #FiveBunchChallenge? Keep watching to find out!
