Did you receive my order?

Our system should send an automatic email after your payment has been processed by the payment gateway and the order comes through to us.

If you haven’t received an email, do check that it hasn’t gone to your junk folder. If you find it there, please move this email to your inbox so that your will receive future updates on your order.

If you haven’t had a confirmation email from us and payment has not been taken, it may be that your order wasn’t completed. Do check your cart and complete your order here.

If you haven’t had any confirmation from us but your payment has been taken please let us know your name and postcode so we can look up your order and resend your order confirmation.
