We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic person to take full responsibility of our customer service and mail order delivery system; from managing and processing online orders, dealing direct with our customers and working with a small but tight team to create new ideas and promotions. We are looking for a dynamic, friendly personality, with a can do attitude, who can communicate effectively and confidently over the telephone and by email. You need to be professional, organized, efficient, quick-thinking, hard-working, self motivated, consistent and reliable.

The right candidate will work with, and be part of, a friendly team and be keen to pitch in when and where required. This role is suited to anyone who has excellent administration skills, someone who enjoys variety and problem solving. The right person will be able to take ownership of the role and important functions within our business, contributing significantly to our growing online market.

  • Creating positive customer experience & expectation
  • Organizing mail order operations, administration, fulfillment and delivery
  • Assisting with management of our product catalogue online

Other tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • · Stock management & inventory both on and offline
  • · Assisting with product creation, photography and promotion
  • · Assisting with marketing communications via online channels and social media
  • · Assisting with product dispatch, quality checks and packaging
  • · General day-to-day office administration, organization and operations

You will be expected to support your colleagues at all times, learn their roles and cover for them when required. There may be other work involved which you will be expected to support & contribute towards as part of a proactive role.

· Meticulously organized with attention to detail

· Able to handle a list of priorities day-to-day which are subject to change

· Confident personality with the ability to know when to ask for help

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
