Shipping & Delivery
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday are processed on the following ‘working’ day.
Standard Shipping is FREE or Discounted for orders over £75 and you should receive your order in 1 to 3 working days. To find out about Delivery and Shipping Charges click here.
You will receive a message and/or email to let you know when your items are out for delivery; and you’ll also receive a tracking link so that you can see the progress of your delivery. If you have not received your order after 5 days, please use the following form to contact us.
Care Instructions
To keep your dried flowers looking great it is best not to get them wet and to keep them out of direct sunlight, as this will cause them to lose their vibrancy. Handle your flowers delicately as they can be brittle. If you have your dried flowers near heat, like above a radiator, it will dry them further and make them more brittle.
If well looked after your dried flowers will last for months and even years. Some of our regular customers like to bring their flowers in once a year to be spruced up, so if you would like to do this, please contact our florist using florist@essentiallyhops.co.uk.

Returns Policy & Terms
Dried flowers and dried decorative products are perishable and transient goods, and a degree of natural variance can be expected against product listings and images shown as you would expect. For this reason, we are not obliged to compensate, credit or refund an order. Please check our Returns Policy before you order and take a look through our full Terms & Conditions.
