Whatever the occasion, the Hops & Flowers Gift Vouchers are a great way to let loved ones know that you care.

Our Gift Vouchers are available in a range of values that can be used in our online store against thousands of online dried flower arrangements, dried hop garlands, dried flowers, floristry sundries, gifts and hop plants. Here’s how they work:

  1. Select the Gift Voucher value you would like and add it to your shopping basket.
  2. During the store checkout we’ll ask if you want the voucher emailed to you OR sent to someone else. (When sending it to someone else, make sure you enter the email address correctly). You’ll also be able to add a message for the Gift Voucher.
  3. Once the check-out is completed, we will email the Gift Voucher to you OR the nominated person within 30 minutes, you will then have 365 days to use the voucher.
  4. The email will also contain a ‘link’ to print the Gift Voucher, but please remember that the gift voucher will still need to be used in our online store.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on the voucher and can be redeemed ONLINE ONLY at our Hops & Flowers online store at www.essentiallyhops.co.uk.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotion, special offers or other coupon codes.
  • Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed
  • The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
  • We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in order to purchase further Gift Vouchers
  • Gift Vouchers are assigned as store credit against the ’email address’ given at store checkout, and the value saved against the user ID. For those with existing Hops & Flowers Accounts; Gift Vouchers and coupons are available to view in the ‘My Account’ section and can be assigned with a click for current and future purchases.
